The Football Victoria Experience (FVX) promises to be a one-of-a-kind event, providing clubs with a unique opportunity to engage in pre-season education and development.
This exciting day at The Home of the Matildas, on Saturday, March 1st, will bring together over 200 clubs and approximately 1,000 football community members, offering a wealth of programs, workshops, and interactive activities aimed at making clubs more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable.
FVX is more than just an educational experience; it's a chance for clubs to learn and grow, supported by FV's wide array of initiatives and programs. From workshops focusing on best practices in club management to hands-on sessions with Football Australia and FV staff, attendees will be equipped with valuable tools to enhance their operations. Whether it's leadership development, player engagement strategies, or creating more inclusive environments, FVX is designed to inspire clubs to embrace new ideas and approaches to strengthen their foundations.
The event’s engaging format is set to captivate participants, ensuring that attendees are both entertained and educated. A mix of 11v11 and 7-a-side games, set against a backdrop of music, food, and live presentations, will foster an energetic atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. As entertainment has been proven to increase receptiveness to educational content, FVX is structured to keep the community engaged while imparting key knowledge that can drive positive change in clubs.
But FVX is not just about learning—it’s also about connecting with the broader football community. The event will coincide with the final day of the 2025 Victorian Cup of Nations (VCON), a festival that celebrates the rich cultural diversity within the Victorian football landscape. With support from the Victorian State Government, VCON brings together teams from various cultural backgrounds to showcase their passion for the game while honoring their unique traditions and customs. It’s a true reflection of football’s power to unite diverse communities, and FVE participants will get to witness this vibrant festival firsthand.
Don’t miss out on this day of learning, celebration, and football—mark your calendars for March 1st, 2025!
