FV has carefully managed participation costs for many years, keeping increases to a minimum. However, it has been several years since a comprehensive review was conducted to ensure fairness across all competitions. These changes are designed to create a more consistent and equitable fee structure, so that access to football remains fair for everyone.
From 2026, regional competitions will transition away from Regional Association administration, with FV directly managing all aspects of competitions. While regional players will now pay fees directly to FV, they will no longer be required to pay separate Association fees. As a result, for most participants the net impact will be little or no increase overall.
We understand that changes to fee structures can be challenging to navigate, and we’ve worked to provide as much notice as possible to both clubs and participants. We appreciate that you may have questions in relation to the re-alignment of fees for 2026 and how these may impact you as a Club or participant. Club Finance System
The Club Finance System (CFS) is the online payment system that clubs use to manage their financial account with FFV.
The Club Finance System allows a user to view payable invoices, view financial statements, make online payments, view alternative methods of payments, view eligible and ineligible player lists as well as eligible and ineligible team lists.
