The Home of The Matildas School Excursions
Football Victoria is excited to introduce The Home of the Matilda’s School Excursions, designed to provide primary school students in years 5 & 6 an immersive educational experience at our state-of-the-art facilities. These excursions aim to encourage a deeper understanding of football, exercise, and nutrition through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with qualified coaches and experienced guest speakers, gaining insights into the fundamentals of football, fitness, and the importance of nutrition for athletes.
What to Expect
- Tailored sessions led by experienced coaches, covering various aspects of football skills and fitness training.
- Key information regarding the importance of nutrition for a professional athlete.
- The Commbank Matildas Change room Tour
- Small sided competition for all participants, led by experienced coaches.
