Football in Victoria is made possible because of the thousands of volunteers, administrators, coaches, referees, and Clubs that each have inspirational individuals who dedicate their time to the sport.
The Football Victoria (FV) Community Awards allow us to shine a light on our community heroes for all their incredible work. Their contribution is the glue which brings players, parents, supporters, and the entire football family closer together.
FV strongly encourages those across the football ecosystem to share the stories of our game’s hidden heroes and their impact on Football.
There are ten (10) categories for nomination, with each category winner to be acknowledged via a formal presentation at a future Football Victoria event (to be announced).
The ten (10) categories are:
- MiniRoos Centre of the Year
- Community Female Coach of the Year
- Community Male Coach of the Year
- Community Female Referee of the Year
- Community Male Referee of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
- Futsal Club/Centre of the Year
- Regional Club of the Year
- Metropolitan Club of the Year
- Female Football Champion of the Year
We encourage all football stakeholders to consider nominating those who have made an outstanding contribution to the game, including inspiring, motivating, or supporting others over the past year.
