The 2025 Hahn Australia Cup Round of 32 draw was completed this evening, confirming seven exciting matchups for Victoria's representatives.
Melbourne Victory were the first Victorian side drawn, and they will be headed west to take on the reigning WA Men's State Cup champions Olympic Kingsway SC.
Next up were the current NPLM ladder leaders Heidelberg United, who will play host to Northern NSW NPL side Weston Bears. The Bergers have been in red-hot in all competitions in 2025 and will look to continue that form into this Round of 32 fixture.
As Victory did earlier in the draw, NPLM powerhouse Avondale also drew an NPLWA side in Stirling Macedonia FC, although the Avengers were lucky enough to be pulled first and avoid the flight to Perth.
The reigning Isuzu UTE A-League Champions Melbourne City were up next, drawing NPL NSW stalwarts APIA Leichhardt. City will like their chances against the Tigers, especially considering they will play host for the fixture.
The surprise packet of the competition, and the lowest ranked team remaining, Nunawading City will be headed to the Northern Territory to take on Darwin Olympic in what will be an incredibly intriguing matchup.
South Melbourne hero Andy Brennan will return to his boyhood club after Hellas drew South Hobart. South Melbourne have battled hard to get to the Round of 32 and would love to fly home from Hobart with another win.
Fresh off a strong A-League season, Western United drew a familiar foe in Sydney FC, setting up one of only three fixtures that will see two A-League sides play each other. United will play host in this blockbuster matchup between two of the strongest sides in the country.
