Brunswick Juventus locks in Josip Lončarić as head coach for 2024 NPLW season

Brunswick Juventus has confirmed Josip Lončarić has signed on for season 2024, as the club enters the NPLW for the first time.

The Club gained promotion from the VPLW this year, after finishing the season with 16 wins from 20 matches - one point away from ladder-leaders Essendon Royals.

In a statement on the Brunswick Juventus social media, Lončarić was more than happy to lead the Club for another season.

"This season we had the collective goal of achieving promotion into the NPLW for the first time in the club's history," he said.

"I'm delighted to continue developing a culture that is in line with the proud history of Brunswick Juventus."

Lončarić had a senior playing career for over 22 years, with several seasons playing in the Victorian Premier League, and State Leagues, most notably at the St. Albans Saints, Green Gully, and Heidelberg United.

He was a founder and coordinator of the Keilor Downs College Soccer School and is currently completing his AFC A Diploma and has a passion for promoting young players into senior football.

Brunswick confirmed more coaching appointments are set to be announced in the lead-up to the season.
