Football Victoria is now calling for nominations for Life Membership from the Victorian football family.
If you know a living person who has provided ‘continuous outstanding meritorious service’ to football in Victoria, please consider recommending them for nomination.
Nominations must be made in accordance with Clause 9 - Patrons and Life Members of the FV Constitution and the updated FV Life Membership Policy (see below).
Please refer to the Criteria for Life Membership as a guide to determining the suitability of a candidate and ensure a current FV Director is supportive of your nomination. See the list of current Directors below.

Nominations will only be considered if they are completed via the FV Life Membership Nomination Form below.
In order to be considered for Life Membership at the Annual General Meeting on Monday, 25 May 2026, all nominations must be submitted by no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
