After taking the reigns during the 2023 season, Cameron Watson will resume as Head Coach for the upcoming NPLM season.
City finished 10th this season with a 7-7-12 finish, 12 points off a finals qualifying spot but above the relegation zone.
As the off-season approaches, Watson told the Northern Star Weekly he was "really excited" to get the team back and see what they were capable of next season.
“To have the backing of the club to go into next season and to develop and put together a team that we hope can bring some success to the club is great in terms of instilling confidence in myself and the coaching staff," he told the publication.
“All of us are really looking forward to the end of November and contributing where we left off in terms of what we’re building on and taking it to another level during pre-season.”
Watson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having made over 100 A-League appearances, the majority with Adelaide United, and having made a number of appearances for the U/17 & U/20 Socceroos.
Hume City has also re-signed Assistant Coach Billy Celeski ahead of 2024.
