The 2026 FV South West season reached its conclusion on Sunday, September 6, with the region’s teams coming together at Brierly Recreation Reserve for a big day of Grand Final action.
Warrnambool Rangers enjoyed a strong day across the competition, claiming three Grand Final victories across the Senior Men’s, U17 and U12 competitions.
The Rangers’ Men’s Blue secured the Senior Men’s title with a 3-0 win over their Men’s Teal teammates, while their U17 side also kept a clean sheet in a 2-0 victory over Warrnambool Wolves.

The U12 Blue side rounded out the Rangers’ wins with a narrow 1-0 victory over Hamilton SC.
The all-Rangers U14 Grand Final also went down to the wire, with the Teal side edging their Blue teammates 1-0 to claim the title.
In the Senior Women’s Grand Final, Warrnambool Wolves Women claimed the trophy in dramatic fashion, defeating Warrnambool Rangers Women 4-3 on penalties.
Colac Otway Rovers also finished the season as champions, defeating Port Fairy Plovers 5-2 in the Girls’ Under 13 Grand Final.
