On Monday, July 17 Football Victoria (FV) in collaboration with Wyndham City Council held the Club Changer – Club Development Program Workshop.
The workshop which was attended by seven out of nine clubs in Wyndham was designed to bring together all football clubs within the municipality to reflect upon each clubs’ current women and girls’ offerings.
Participating Clubs were able to unpack the appropriate next steps to implement tailored strategies to increase female participation, maintain player retention, and provide leadership roles and opportunities for women and girls.
