Football Victoria (FV) congratulates the clubs that have progressed to Round 6 of the Dockerty / Hahn Australia Cup.

To mark this exciting milestone, FV is pleased to share details for the Round 6 and 7 draw proceedings, which promise to be bigger and better than ever.

How to Watch the Draw

Tune in live on FV’s YouTube channel from 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, as Nick D’Urbano hosts the draw alongside Jerome Khalef and Rashid Mahazi from Suited and Booted.

Round 6 Draw Procedure

  • The draw will include the 16 clubs that won their Round 5 fixtures.
  • Each club has been assigned a Draw Ball number (1–16), in alphabetical order.
  • Eight fixtures will be drawn.
  • The first club drawn in each fixture will be the home team, and the second club drawn will be the away team.

 Round 7 Draw Procedure

  • Once the Round 6 draw concludes, the Round 7 draw will begin.
  • Each Round 6 fixture will be assigned a Draw Ball number (1–8).
  • Again, the first fixture drawn becomes the home team, and the second fixture becomes the away team.
