Football Victoria (FV) is excited to announce a new partnership with SportsAid, naming them as the Official Medical Partner for all FV events. This collaboration ensures that participants in these high-profile tournaments will receive the highest standard of medical support and first aid coverage.
Founded in 2023, SportsAid has quickly become Australia's leading network of medical professionals, including first aid responders, sports trainers, coaches, and event safety experts. Based in Melbourne, the organisation has rapidly expanded its reach, supporting a variety of sports events ranging from grassroots competitions to corporate-level tournaments, with over 70 partnerships across the country. SportsAid’s experienced and accredited team plays a crucial role in safeguarding the health and well-being of athletes and participants, ensuring a secure environment for both players and spectators.
FV's Executive Manager - Commercial, Chris Speldwinde said he was "delighted" to welcome SportsAid to the Victorian football family.

As part of this official partnership, SportsAid will provide medical personnel, including first aid responders and sports trainers, at key FV events and competitions across the state. Their team will be on-site at all FV tournaments, offering immediate assistance for any injuries or medical concerns that may arise. Their presence will also help reduce risks associated with physical activity and enhance overall event safety.
