Football Victoria (FV) is thrilled to announce that our Under 15 Girls squad will again travel to the United States to compete in the prestigious 2025 Nike Premier Cup, kicking off July 25.
A 17-player squad will depart Melbourne to take on elite junior teams from around the world, in what promises to be an unforgettable week at Nike’s World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
More than just a world-class football tournament, the Nike Premier Cup offers players a taste of life as a professional athlete—with exclusive experiences and inner-sanctum access to Nike's elite headquarters across the week.
After making our debut at the tournament in 2024 - an experience documented in Chasing Dreams - FV’s return highlights our strong partnership with Nike, and the shared commitment to growing the game for women and girls in Victoria.
The 2025 squad was officially presented with their playing shirts on Thursday July 3, donning a striking new custom kit provided by Nike and featuring La Trobe University as the proud front-of-shirt sponsor.
La Trobe University is a passionate advocate for women’s football, with The Home of the Matildas embedded within its Sports Park in Bundoora—hosting hundreds of female athletes each week, including this squad.
The players were also surprised on the night with an exclusive apparel and footwear package, generously provided by Nike.
