Football Victoria's (FV) Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) Program will host its inaugural Gala Day at The Home of the Matildas on Sunday, October 22.
The CCC role provides relevant and valued coach support and mentoring in the Club environment and supports coaches to ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, organised, enjoyable and engaging for all involved.
The inaugural Gala Day is about a celebration of football and being a part of the CCC program in 2023, with no scores to be kept throughout the day to ensure every player participating is given as much game time as possible.
There will be a coffee truck at the venue throughout the day and FV encourages all involved to stick around following the final fixture as we will be taking a group photo.

Under the FV Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) Program, a selected person within a Club works closely with the FV Program Manager to:
- Build a strong sense of inclusion and belonging, including welcoming new players, members, and supporters.
- Maintain good communication between all Club stakeholders and;
- Create a positive, safe, and non-threatening environment in which players and coaches feel that they can try new things and make mistakes.
