Women’s Football 7s (WF7s) is back for another exciting cycle, giving women aged 30 and over the chance to enjoy football in a fun, friendly, and social setting.
Whether you’re an experienced player or new to the game, WF7s is all about staying active, connecting with others, and having a great time on the pitch.

WF7s is perfect for those who can’t commit to a senior women’s team with multiple weekly training sessions and games. There are no strict schedules just three 7-round cycles that run alongside school terms, with no fixtures during school holidays.
All games are played on a half-pitch, with 20-minute halves and interchange available. The smaller pitch means less running, more touches, and more fun—perfect for those new to the game or returning after a break.
