After a successfull run in 2025, Nike Rock Up & Play is heading back to The Home of The Matildas on Friday evenings from November 6 to December 11.
The Nike Rock Up & Play sessions are free opportunities for U12's-U16 girls to join a casual football environment. Each session starts with a group warm up, followed by team splits and a mini round robin competition.
All sessions include first aid on site and will supervised by FV representatives and coaching staff.

Friday evening session times (6 November - 11 December 2026)
- Girls: U12/13: 5:45pm - 6:45pm
- Girls: U14-U16: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
- Venue: The Home of the Matildas, Bundoora - (Nike Pitch 2)
- Bring: Water bottle, snacks and comfortable shoes (runners or football boots). Shin pads advised but not compulsory
