Football Victoria along with Nike is launching Nike Rock Up & Play! This free, female-only football program is designed to provide women and girls with a safe, fun, and inclusive environment to train and play.
Running on Friday evenings from October 10 to 24 and hosted at The Home of the Matildas on the Nike pitch 2, this free opportunity is for women and girls to join a casual football environment from ages U12, all the way through to 17 and over. There is no age limit and everyone can join from U12 and over!
Friday evening session times (10 - 24 October 2025)
- U12/13: 5:45pm - 6:45pm
- U14-U16: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
- 17+ (Open Age): 8:15pm - 9:15pm
- Venue: The Home of the Matildas, Bundoora - (Nike Pitch 2)
- Bring: Water bottle, snacks and comfortable shoes (runners or football boots). Shin pads advised but not compulsory
Each session will start with a group warm up, followed by team splits and a mini round robin competition.
All sessions include first aid on site and will supervised by FV representatives and coaching staff.
