Football Victoria (FV) is pleased to release the Regional Review Final Report & Recommendations - finalising the comprehensive review process that commenced in 2023.
The Regional Review - initiated by FV and led by independent organisation, Solucio - aimed to determine the optimal operating model to improve the function, efficiency, capacity, and overall football experience for Regional Victoria.
The review incorporated analysis of previous reports and participation, the current operating model, stakeholder feedback, best practice governance models in sports, and the overall regional football experience.
The Final Report represents the culmination of extensive research, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative efforts to deliver the recommendations that will shape the future of football in Regional Victoria.
FV are incredibly excited to begin a new chapter supporting Regional Football and Regional stakeholders with a greater level of service delivery and integration. As one of our strategic priorities under the Our Football Strategy – FV is committed to the recommendations of the Regional Review and growing the game across all regions.
