Altona Magic has appointed Scott Miller as Head Coach of their NPLM side for season 2024.
The Magic finished sixth on the NPLM ladder in 2022 with striker Jonas Markovski claiming the Golden Boot.
Miller said he was "delighted" to join the club after a successful season this year.
"I felt the opportunity presented and project on offer was a great fit between myself and the club," he said.
"The club has an ambitious vision, and I look forward to working with both the playing group and the board in delivering this. I am sure we will bring an entertaining style of football to our fans".
Miller will be a very familiar name to those in the footballing world and will bring a wealth of international and local experience to Paisley Park.
He holds both a UEFA-A and AFCA Pro License and has held a number of high-profile roles including assistant coach to Ange Postecoglou with the Australian National team, senior roles under Roy Hodgson and Mark Hughes at Fulham in the English Premier League, as well as being appointed as Head Coach at Newcastle Jets in the A-League.
Altona Magic President Jim Ilievski said the club believed Miller has the credentials to make the Magic successful.
"We believe he can take our playing group to the next level and his overall professionalism will drive us both on and off the park. We are confident that Scott has the credentials to make Altona Magic successful," he said.
