The winter football season may be drawing to a close, but there are still plenty of opportunities for people of all abilities to grace the pitch.
FV has a range of football events and programs for both adults and juniors, to keep your love of football alive across spring and summer. Explore the range of football programs and events on offer below!
U13 11V11 Transitional Cup
Be part of this exciting one-day, school holiday U13 tournament on Monday, September 26 at Darebin Football Centre.
Teams will be organised into pools and compete against each other in the group stage with four teams progressing to the semi-finals followed by a final in the afternoon.
The tournament will help U13 players to transition to play within a larger field, with larger goals and allowing for a more balanced, patient pattern of play.
2022 3v3 Championships
After great feedback to our 3v3 Girls Green & Gold Battle earlier year, the 3v3 format returns – but this time, we’re opening entries to boys and girls!
A big day as awaits at Knox Regional Facility for children aged 11-14 on Friday, September 30.
The championship is set to provide a social environment for junior boys and girls to enjoy playing football while improving their technique understanding pace, speed, and strategy.
There will be U11/12 and U13/14 categories, with five players maximum registered per team.
The competition runs from 10am- 5pm. Entry is just $30 per player.
5v5 Corporate Cup
Line up with your workmates and dominate the pitch!
On November 10 we invite businesses to participate in the inaugural 5 v5 Corporate Cup!
It’s a great team-building event where teams will play in a round-robin group stage followed by finals, with each team playing a minimum of three matches.
The event is an 18+ mixed competition, with at least two females to take the field at all times. Entry is from $100 per player.
2022 Summer Cup
After a successful launch in 2021, the Summer Cup, proudly presented by Senol, is back!
Taking inspiration from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, FV is excited to bring you our premier post-season tournament.
It's a great opportunity to get your team together one last time and show off your skills.
The group stage matches will be played at two locations, to allow many junior players to participate in the event as possible.
