Women’s Football Sevens (WF7s) is back for another exciting cycle, giving women aged 30 and over the chance to enjoy football in a fun, friendly and social setting. Whether you’re an experienced player or brand new to the game, WF7s is all about staying active, connecting with others, and having a great time on the pitch.
Cycle 2 of the South-East competition will rotate across three fantastic community venues: Doncaster Rovers SC, Eastern Lions SC, and Bentleigh United Cobras FC. The North-West competition will be held at Westvale Olympic FC.
With no ongoing training commitments and flexible weekly matches, this is the perfect opportunity for women to get involved in football without the pressure of a full-time season.

Competition Rules
- 7-a-side format including goalkeepers
- Maximum squad size of 12 players
- Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute half-time
- Interchange allowed throughout the match
- No offsides
- Shin pads are compulsory
- Club uniforms not required
- All players must be 30 years or older as of 1 January 2025
