Financial

Requirement for 2025 AGM (held in 2026):

Is financial and has no outstanding overdue debts to the organisation as at 1 December 2025

What does this mean?

As an Associate Member, Clubs must demonstrate their liquidity in a financial capacity. While they may have a debt to FV, their capacity to settle that debt is important. A Club's inability to meet their financial obligations to FV could ultimately see them removed from competition.

As with any Member organisation, Voting Members must be financial to have a vote in an electoral process. If clubs have met all other Voting Member criteria, but are unfinancial, they will not be able to vote at the upcoming FV AGM in 2025.

What do I need to supply to FV?

  • A declaration of financial position.
  • Confirmation if the Club is registered for goods and services tax (GST).
  • Occasionaly we may ask your Club to provide a Declaration of Solvency from a registered accountant to prove you are solvent.

Are there resources available to help our Club?
