The Club publicly discloses all fees, costs and charges associated with participation in its football programs
What does this mean?
When setting up Club Program Registration Packages in PlayFootball, Clubs must enter the full amount payable by the participant. This fee must include all mandatory costs associated with participating in the team and competition, including but not limited to:
- Registration and competition fees;
- Required on-field playing uniform items;
- Required off-field apparel or club clothing; and
- Any extra compulsory training sessions or programs.
Clubs must not exclude mandatory costs from the advertised registration fee or require participants to make additional compulsory payments separately.
Football Victoria will then publish the fees on your behalf on our website, although you can also publish them on your public platforms.

How long do I have to achieve this?
Clubs will need to complete the Annual Club Membership form by the 31st December each year to be eligible to participate in Football Victoria competitions the following calendar year.
