NPL Victoria Women's Coach of the Year
Records for Women's football prior to the amalgamation of the Victorian Women's Soccer Association and the Victorian Soccer Federation (VSF) are difficult to ascertain, so it's no surprise that Coach of the Year winners can only be traced back to 2004. A host of singular winners took out the award until Bobby McGuinness backed up his win with Eltham North to claim the honour with Bulleen Lions in 2013. Brian Roberts is the only back-to-back winner, winning with Box Hill United in 2018 and 2019.
