NPL Victoria Women's Rising Star Award
Introduced in 2016 as the NPL Women's competition made its debut in Victoria, the Rising Star already boasts three A-League Women's graduates in Melina Ayres, Jacynta Galabadaarachchi and Maja Markovski, with Galabadaarachchi having already made the move overseas to the English Women's Super League, Italian Serie A and now with Glasgow Celtic in the Scottish Women's Premier League.
