NPL Victoria Women's Grand Final Best Player
Records for Women's football prior to the amalgamation of the Victorian Women's Soccer Association (VWSA) and the Victorian Soccer Federation (VSF) are difficult to ascertain, and while Grand Finals were played in the VWSA era, whether or not they awarded medals for the best player on the pitch remains uncertain. Box Hill Inter and South Melbourne provide the bulk of winners here, with Anthea Vardakas and Georgia Koutrouvelis winning the honour on two occasions, and Daniela Digiammarco as player-coach in 2008, while Jessica Au, Natalie Martineau, Jamie Pollock and Tiffany Eliadis all claimed the honour for South.
